Participation in Book Fair and Science Exhibition

Shree Shakti Higher Secondary School and the former students of that school organized ‘Book Fair and Science Exhibition’ on the 14th and 15th January, 2012. On the occasion, the bookshops of Gorkha and other academic institutions were invited to exhibit their publications and books they had. NELTA Gorkha and English Access Microscholarship Program were also invited to exhibit their books that could make the visitors familiar with some books related to English language learning. Similarly, the schools of the district were invited to take part in the Science Exhibition Competition. Many schools including the schools, from which Access Students come, participated in the competitions. Our Access Center too took part in the Book Fair. Our students exhibited the books that RELO sponsored us under the coordination of NELTA Center Kathmandu just last month. The books were very useful for young learners to teachers. Our students talked about the books to the visitors. Chief District Officer, Local Development Officer, DSP, District Education Officer and other dignitaries observed the program.
